From the Orlando International Airport (MCO) or
the Cocoa Beach Area:
Take 528 West (the Bee-Line Expressway*) toward
Tampa and area attractions. Watch for signs to Interstate
4 East (to Orlando). From Interstate 4 East, take
Exit #75A (30A) Universal Blvd. Take a left onto
Universal Blvd. and follow the signs to Universal
Orlando.
Traveling East on I-4 (from the Tampa area):
Exit I-4 at Exit #75A (30A) Universal Blvd. Take
a left onto Universal Blvd. and follow the signs
to Universal Orlando.
Traveling West on I-4 (from the Daytona/Jacksonville
area):
Exit I-4 at Exit #74B (29B). Take a right on Hollywood
Way and follow the signs to Universal Orlando.
Traveling North on the Florida Turnpike* (from
the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area):
Take Exit #259 (the second of the Orlando exits)
and follow the signs to the I-4 Tampa exit. Exit
I-4 at Exit #74B (29B). Take a right on Hollywood
Way and follow the signs to Universal Orlando.
Traveling South on the Florida Turnpike (from the
Wildwood/Ocala area):
Take Exit #259 and follow the signs to the I-4 Tampa
exit. Exit I-4 at Exit #74B (29B). Take a right
on Hollywood Way and follow the signs to Universal
Orlando.
Traveling from the Walt Disney World Resort area:
Exit I-4 at Exit #75A (30A) Universal Blvd. Take
a left onto Universal Blvd. and follow the signs

Garage Parking:
Universal Orlando's state-of-the-art enclosed parking
garage is complete with protection from the elements,
a 200-camera security system, moving sidewalks,
escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental
and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage
and return the same day by stopping at the toll
plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking
ticket.

Preferred
Parking allows you to get closer to the park in
the parking deck. Closer me on the same level
with the moving side walks, not up stairs or down
stairs. For $14 or $3 for Annual Passholders
Car Assistance:
If you should experience car problems while visiting,
battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to our
guests. If further assistance is needed, raise your
hood if possible, and report your vehicle's location
to any parking attendant for assistance. There are
also call boxes located throughout the parking garage
which can be used to contact Security.
Passenger Drop-Off/Pick-Up:
Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the
Transportation Center located beneath the Rotunda
of the Parking Structure. Just follow the signs
to the Bus Parking and Guest Drop-Off Area upon
entering Universal Orlando from any entrance.

Stroller
and Wheelchair Rentals:
Guests
can rent strollers, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience
Vehicles upon entrance to both parks and to the
left side of each park's entrance. Manual wheelchairs
are also available at the Rotunda area of the parking
structure. ECV Rentals are on a first-come, first-served
basis. We suggest you place a request at least 1
day prior to your arrival in advance through Guest
Services as a limited number of ECV's are available
at each park, each day. Manual wheelchairs are also
available at the Rotunda area of the parking structure.
Single Strollers: $11.00* per day tax inclusive
Double Strollers: $17.00* per day tax inclusive
Wheelchairs: $12.00* per day tax inclusive (+ $50.00
deposit & signed rental contract required)
Electronic Convenience Vehicles: $40.00* per day
tax inclusive (+ $50.00 deposit & signed rental
contract required)

Lockers:
Lockers are available within each of the theme
parks for guest rental for $8.00 per day, with
family size lockers available at Universal Studios
Florida for $10.00 per day. Guests have unlimited
access to these lockers during the course of the
day. Additional lockers are available at Islands
of Adventure for $2.00 per hour, with a $14.00
per day maximum.
These lockers are available at the entrance of
the following attractions:
- Incredible Hulk Coaster
- Dueling Dragons
- Jurassic Park River Adventure
NOTE: The lockers at the Incredible Hulk Coaster
and Dueling Dragons are free for at least the
first 45 minutes (time may vary - check with the
individual attractions for specific length of
time).

First
Aid:
At Universal
Studios Florida, a First Aid Station is located
at Family Services, located in between the Wachovia
Bank and the Studio Audience Center. The main Health
Services station is located on Canal Street between
the New York Street Set and the San Francisco Street
Set, right across from Beetlejuice’s Graveyard Revue™.
At Islands of Adventure, First Aid is located inside
the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the
main entrance turnstiles. The main Health Services
station is in Sinbad's Village within The Lost Continent®.
Look for the Red Cross across from Oasis Coolers.
Kennel
Boarding:
Guests
can board their pets for the day (no overnight
boarding) at the Studio Kennel. Located in the
parking structure, boarding costs $10.00* per
pet per day and will close 2 hours after the last
park closes (subject to change without notice).
There is a phone outside the kennel to contact
security to assist in picking up a pet after the
kennel has closed.

Guests must provide food and return periodically
to walk their pet(s). Upon arrival to the parking
garage, ask the toll-plaza attendant for directions
to the Studio Kennel.
Postal
Services:
Guests may purchase U.S. postage stamps (from
a machine) and deposit mail for the U.S. Postal
Service in the locker area near the exit restrooms
at Universal Studios Florida. At Universal's Islands
of Adventure® a stamp machine can be found in
the Trading Company Gift Shop.
Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are located throughout each
of the theme parks and Universal CityWalk®. All
restrooms have wheelchair- accessible facilities.
Universal Orlando provides diaper-changing areas
in both the men's and women's restrooms in the theme
parks. A companion restroom is available at Family
Services at Universal Studios Florida, located to
the left of the Wachovia Bank. At Universal's Islands
of Adventure®, a companion restroom is available
at both First Aid locations.
Telephones:
Telephones are conveniently located throughout
the theme parks near the restrooms and next to
the main entrance and exit turnstiles. At Universal
CityWalk, you can find telephones next to the
Guest Services Window and near the main public
restrooms.
For our guests with hearing impairments, Telecommunication
Devices for the Deaf (TDDs) are located at the
Guest Services Office and Health Services. Pay
telephones with amplification devices are located
throughout each of the parks and Universal CityWalk.
New
Smoking Policy:
In response to Amendment 6, passed by the
state of Florida in the 2002 election, all restaurants
and bars that serve food are now smoke free areas.
Universal Orlando strives to ensure park common
areas are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only
in designated areas.
Security
Procedures:
For your safety we have increased security procedures
and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
- Coolers are
not permitted in the Parks.
- No outside food or drinks may be brought in.
- All bags, backpacks
or packages will be inspected prior to entering
our Parks.
- We recommend you leave unnecessary articles
in your car and secure valuables in your trunk.
- The following items are
not permitted: any type of weapon,
alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, large duffle
bags, folding chairs and large umbrella.

Universal Orlando wants
to make your family vacation as comfortable and
convenient as possible, so we offer these special
services for families with small children or other
members of the party with essential needs.
Child/Baby
Swap Areas:
These areas are available at each attraction
at each park so parents may take turns watching
their child while the other rides. This makes
it possible for every guest to enjoy our rides.
For further information or instructions, please
ask a ride attendant.
Lost
Children:
Report missing children to the Guest Services
Office or contact any attendant for immediate assistance.
We will do everything possible to help you find
your lost child as quickly as possible.
Nursing
Facilities/Companion Restrooms:
Nursing facilities and a companion restroom
are available at Family Services, located to the
left of the Wachovia Bank in Universal Studios
Florida and at First Aid in Universal's Islands
of Adventure®. Diaper-changing facilities are
available at all restrooms.

At each Universal Orlando
attraction location, signs post specific height
requirements and warnings for certain medical conditions.
Children under 48" (1.22 meters) must be accompanied
by an adult at all times. All shows accommodate
guests with disabilities. The outdoor-stage shows
have reserved areas clearly marked by signs displaying

Due to the nature of
the attractions, expectant mothers are requested
to avoid riding Back To the Future The Ride, Earthquake–
The Big One, Jaws and use the stationary seating
in Terminator 2:3-D Battle Across Time, Revenge
of the Mummy at Universal Studios. You should avoid
riding the following rides at Islands of Adventure
The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Spider-Man, Doctor
Doom's Fearfall, Dueling Dragons, Jurassic Park
River Adventure, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls,
Cat In The Hat, Storm Force Accelatron, Flying Unicorn
or Popeye and Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges. Universal
provides comfortable areas where you may wait for
your party. |

This is a highly aggressive ride. Persons with the
