The 750-room Portofino Bay Hotel was the first property at Universal Orlando Resort and has received recognition from Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler as one of the country’s top 100 hotels and the highest-rated property in Central Florida. Bice Ristorante - The centerpiece of Portofino’s dining selections is the internationally known Bice Ristorante, offering the finest in Italian cuisine. Overlooking Portofino Harbor, the restaurant serves up seasonal cuisine with a rotating menu that is changed weekly to offer their guests the freshest selections available. Bice opened at the Portofino Bay in December 2004.

Trattoria del Porto - Trattoria del Porto serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, and is ideal for families looking for some interactive fun with their meal. The restaurant features an extensive dinner and dessert buffet, as well as a walk-up kitchen, where chefs prepare pasta dishes right in front of diners. The restaurant is decorated with the spirit of Italian village festivals in mind, bright colors and murals fill the room. On select evenings, families can also dine with some of their favorite characters from Universal Orlando’s theme parks.

Splendido Pizzeria - Located poolside, Splendido Pizzeria is ideal for those visitors spending a day relaxing. The menu includes wood-fired pizzas, burgers, and other light specialties, as well as a selection of soft drinks and assorted cocktails.
