Anyone
who has ever read a Dr. Seuss book will be taken
aback by the surprisingly detailed land Universal
has created. It's as if you've jumped right into
one of his illustrations. Bright pastels and primary
colors are splashed about everywhere, and animated
characters peek out of every crevice. Called the
"Land of No Right Angles," every line
you see in Seuss Landing, from the street lamps
to the rail bars in queue lines, is curved.
Based on one of Dr. Seuss' most famous stories,
this ride takes guests on a whirlwind tour of the
storybook, complete with The Cat In The Hat, Thing
1 and Thing 2. As you ride a six-seater couch through
the story of The Cat's visit, and the fateful day
of play unfolds before you, complete with animatronics
figures, laser lights and special computer graphics.
The car twists and turns throughout the ride, even
managing a series of 360-degree spins, This is a
must-see! regardless of age.

RIDE PHOTOS
One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish
puts visitors in cars that encircle a single hub,
flying up and down while happy music plays in
the background. Unlike its predecessors, here
riders can get wet, soaked even. Fish squirt water
from above, below, beside and every direction
in between. The music helps you avoid wettest
spots, telling you to fly high or low at various
times... but you can't escape the water forever!

This is not your everyday, run-of-the-mill carousel.
Cows, horses, giraffes and other animals are taken
directly from Seuss' pages and transformed into
interactive playthings. Guests can turn their animals'
heads from side to side and forward and back, ring
bells around their cows' necks, or make their fish's
eyes blink as they circle the colorful merry-go-round.
The Caro-Seuss-el features an ADA loading station
and wheelchair-accessible character ride spot.

Travel high above Seuss Landing on a whimsical tour
around Seuss Landing. Set 20 feet above Seuss Landing
guests travels
through seven specially-created scenes based on
Dr. Seuss stories. Featured stories include, “Dr.
Seuss’ ABCs,” “If I Ran the Zoo” and “The Sneetches
and Other Stories.” Riders get a bird’s eye view
of Seuss Landing while passing above attractions
as the Caro-Seuss-el, The Cat In The Hat, and One
Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. They’ll see Sneetch
Beach and they’ll actually ride through the popular
Circus McGurkus Café Stoo-Pendous restaurant, becoming
part of the view for diners below. The ride offers
four different and unique stories about Dr. Seuss
classics as well as Seuss Landing, so each ride
is unique and different.
Some of the strangest creatures ever to spring
forth from the imagination of Dr. Seuss can be
found in this interactive play area. Kids can
crawl through tunnels, run through fountains,
and bring to life dozens of "captive"
critters from the pages of Dr. Seuss including
a bathtub resident that clearly does not want
to be disturbed. The attraction boasts 19 different
interactive experiences. See if you can count
them all.
